“Having just completed the 12-week program, I’d like to make a few comments about my experience: The weekly sessions were given by highly professional members of the research team, and the information and exercises were provided in a clear and concise step-by-step approach, which I was easily able to follow during the rest of the week. The combination of practice and theory provided me with new knowledge of how my urinary system works, and the advice on diet and exercise were excellent. During the sessions, the instructor and participants were friendly and it was easy to approach the instructor with any questions during and after the class, and by phone during the week if necessary. There are follow-up evaluations after completing the 12-week program, which encourage me to continue the exercise program at home, with the goal that it will become part of my routine. I have found it an immense help to my personal well-being, and I highly recommend this program to anyone experiencing any kind of incontinence.
