The Oups! app was developed by the Women’s Health and Aging Laboratory. The app aims to reduce or eliminate urinary incontinence symptoms in menopausal women. It includes a 12-week exercise program and advice based on current scientific data.  

If you are a postmenopausal woman with mild, moderate or severe pelvic floor muscle weakness, this app is for you! It is also for women who want to prevent this problem or who want to know more about it.
