Project and objectives: The objective of this study is to to determine whether the reduction in the number of urinary leakage episodes is maintained eight years after a pelvic floor muscle training program in older women with stress urinary incontinence. The study will also determine whether a group program is superior to an individual one in terms of improvement of stress urinary incontinence symptoms, impact on quality of life and perception of the pathology. The study aims to understand the long-term effects of pelvic floor muscle training and thus improve the conservative management of stress urinary incontinence in women.
