Clinical Models

What it is:

Since 2023, we have been pleased to welcome clinical models as part of the graduate level microprogram in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation (MIC RPP). This initiative represents an important advancement in our program, as it enhances the educational experience of students.

We are currently seeking new paid models to enrich and diversify our pool of clinical models.

Who this is for:

This call is open to adults only. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of gender, sex, or nationality, including:

  • Graduates of the MIC

  • Patients from perineal and pelvic rehabilitation clinics

  • Community members interested in the education and training of physiotherapists

Why it matters:

The participation of clinical models provides students with an immersive educational experience. These sessions are essential for developing practical skills in pelvic floor physiotherapy, particularly during demonstrations of gynecological assessments and treatments.

We are mindful of the sensitive nature of these activities. Demonstrations require models to remove their pants and underwear so that students may observe the techniques being performed.

This contribution is nonetheless fundamental to training, as it helps students develop a thorough and safe understanding of clinical practice.

What this involves:
